Day 1

I arrived in Paris just before Lunch after having the best breakfast, an emmental and mushroom toastie. We walked from the station through the bustling Parisian streets and had lunch before arriving at our lovely hotel, Axel Opera Hotel. I had a much needed nap after waking up at 5 in the morning before we arrived in the lobby and were treated to afternoon tea...mini meringues, raspberry tart and mini pastries. We then walked through the streets until our feet ached taking photos until we arrived at the beautiful The Louvre. After we enjoyed the view we were exhausted and walked back to the hotel and later went out for dinner. We then enjoyed a lovely pina colada and Le Brebant.

The next three days were full of aching feet from walking to much, visiting the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame and eating way to many croissants.

Day 2

After having au pain chocolat's for breakfast...what a treat! We made a list of the places we wanted to visit in Paris. We decided to visit The Louvre again and walk endlessly around the streets so that we could explore the city. We walked over the bridge looking over the River seine.

Day 3

We started out day off with croissants and Nutella before taking the Metro ( we didn't get lost thankfully) and took a river cruise across the River Seine seeing all the sights. We then visited the Eiffel tower which was amazing and I bought Macarons! I then ended the night eating pizza ( My fave thing) from Nick's pizza near our hotel.

Day 4

On the last day we walked through some of the passage ways which had beautiful tiled flooring and cute cafes. We then took the metro and went to the amazing Notre Dame before having coffee at Au Vieux Paris D'Arcole. We eventually ended up at Le Valentin Patisserie where I enjoyed a raspberry macaron and latte. I then ate at La Creme to Paris and had the yummiest crepe before we headed back to the station.

See you soon for another post on Paris. Have you ever been to Paris?
